Our Suggested Itinerary

Day 1
Depart USA.


Day 2
Our Tour Director will be waiting in the airport Arrivals hall to collect the passengers and direct them to the waiting executive air-conditioned coach. Passengers will be transferred directly to Windsor for free time and a chance to unwind after their flight. Join the tour director for a short walking tour of the town and the chance to get some lunch. To complete the day there may be an opportunity to join an optional visit to Windsor castle (dependent upon opening times). Passengers will then be transferred to their London hotel.
Evening at leisure.


Day 3
After breakfast leave the hotel for a panoramic sightseeing tour of London taking in all the sights including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace in time to see the Changing of the Guard.

The tour will be followed by free time to explore the city at your leisure.

In the evening we will take our good seats for our included West End show performance. (If booked with us early enough we should be able to get one of the shows you requested).


Day 4
Following breakfast we leave our London hotel for our scenic tour through the Thames Valley & the Cotswolds to Stratford. En route we will stop at Burton on the Water before continuing on through the villages of Broadway and Tredington during which a stop will be made for an included afternoon tea. We will arrive at our hotel in Stratford in time for our included dinner.

Day 5
Full day at leisure in Stratford. Join your Tour Director for a short walking tour of the centre with the opportunity of joining the optional visit to Shakespeare?s birthplace & Ann Hathaway?s cottage.

In the evening we again take our seats at the theatre for an included performance by the Royal Shakespeare Company (programme to be announced later).


Day 6
After breakfast we set off on a full day tour to Warwick beginning with a visit to the magnificent Warwick castle. This will be followed by free time to explore the city at leisure. We will then return to our Stratford hotel in time for an evening at leisure in Stratford.


Day 7
After breakfast we depart our Stratford hotel for the scenic journey up to Bakewell in the Peak District. After free time in Bakewell we continue on to arrive at our hotel in time for an included dinner.

Day 8
After breakfast we set off on our full day tour taking in the village of Epworth and Lincoln. In Epworth, the birthplace of John Wesley, we will join our included private guided tour of the Old Rectory before continuing on to Lincoln whose cathedral will be host to the main remembrance service marking the 300th anniversary of the birth of John Wesley in 1703. We will return to our Peak District hotel in time for dinner.

Day 9
After breakfast we leave our Peak District hotel and head for the nearby Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre to see Major Oak which at 800 years old is claimed to be the oldest and largest oak tree in England. Continuing our journey southwards we reach the university town of Cambridge where we will have free time before rejoining our coach for the last leg of our journey to our airport area hotel.
During the evening join your Tour Director for a farewell cocktail before enjoying your final included dinner.


Day 10
The Tour Director will be on hand to ensure a smooth transfer to the airport in time for the return flight to the USA.
