Itinerary:

Day 1:
Arrive at Airport. Transfer to Castle, Cocktail Reception and Welcome Dinner.

Day 2:
Pick-up at Castle, meet & greet with the guides, transfer to fishing location. Return to Castle after the days fishing, Dinner.

Day 3:
Pick-up at Castle, fishing, return to Castle, Dinner.

Day 4:
Pick-up at Castle, fishing, return to Castle, Dinner.

Day 5:
Pick up at Castle, transfer to Rosses Point Golf Course, return to Castle, Dinner.

Day 6:
Pick up at Castle, transfer to Enniscrone Golf Course, return to Castle, Dinner.

Day 7:
Pick-up at Castle, transfer to Strandhill Golf Links Course, return to Castle, Award presentation and Dinner.

Day 8:
Pick-up and transfer to Airport, return journey home.


About the Accommodation:
Accommodation is in the beautiful historic Markree Castle. It is still run by the family, which has been associated with the Castle for 350 years. The Castle is located just outside the village of Collooney, Co. Sligo in the beautiful North-West of Ireland.


The Castle offers 30 bedrooms all of which are en-suite. The majority of the rooms have fantastic views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. The dinning room looks out over the river Unshin, which flows through the estate near the Castle walls. The cuisine is highly recommended by those in the know.

Our fishing trips include a mixture of Fishing on various Loughs in the North-West of Ireland. Species targeted include Pike and Brown Trout.

Our team of expert guides will be there for the group on all fishing days at a ratio of one guide per two anglers when boat fishing. Depending on what is best at the time and the preferences of the anglers in the group, a variety of fishing methods will be employed, such as lure fishing, fly-fishing for both trout and pike, bait fishing etc. All necessary tackle will be provided, unless guests wish to bring their own.

One of the three angling days can be spent Sea angling from Charter boats going out from the picturesque village of Mullaghmore, Co. Sligo. This is optional but does not incur any extra cost.

Rosses Point:
Also known as County Sligo Golf Club, it is widely recognised as one of HSColt's greatest courses, set amidst the spectacular scenery, which has been immortalised by the poetry of WB. Yeats.

Enniscrone:
This is one of Irelands finest links courses set in scenic splendour in Killala Bay; a championship venue providing golfers with the ultimate experience - Dramatic dune land, an inspired design concept, superb greens and breathtaking views.

Strandhill:
Described as the "Jewel of the West" by Christy O'Connor, it is one of the best-kept secrets in Golf.

Transfers
All Group transfers will be in luxury coach.
